Training for Everest at my age does pose a few problems. The intensity of daily spinning classes inevitably causes minor muscle injuries. Do I stop and lose fitness and momentum or do I carry on and dose up on good old Ibuprofen. I choose the latter.

Well its 2014 and I am allowing myself just a few days rest until the daily grind of spinning classes begins again on Monday.
